Refund Policy

1. Overview

NATIONCLASH strives to ensure a fair experience for all users. This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made through the NATIONCLASH platform. Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, and all refunds are issued through Polar.

Because credits are a digital good delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we evaluate every refund request on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason provided.

2. Case-by-Case Refund Review

Refund eligibility is determined based on the reason for the request, the purchase history, and whether the credits have been used. When evaluating a request, we consider the following factors:

  • Reason for the request — The specific circumstances and explanation provided by the user.
  • Credit usage — Whether the purchased credits have been partially or fully spent on equipment or strikes.
  • Time since purchase — How much time has passed since the original transaction.
  • Account standing — Whether the account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion. Refunds are more likely to be approved when credits are unused and the request is made promptly after purchase, but approval is not guaranteed.

3. Billing Errors & Technical Issues

Regardless of the above, we will always resolve the following issues:

  • Double charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Credits not delivered: If payment was successful but credits were not added to your account, we will either deliver the credits or issue a full refund.
  • Incorrect amount charged: If the amount charged differs from the amount displayed at checkout, we will refund the difference or the full amount at your choice.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@nationclash.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your NATIONCLASH username and the approximate date and amount of the purchase.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed by Polar and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Refund Processing

  • All refunds are processed by Polar (our Merchant of Record) and returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Upon refund approval, the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account. If your credit balance is less than the refunded amount, your balance will be set to zero.
  • Any equipment purchased with refunded credits will remain on your nation's record. However, if abuse is detected (e.g., repeatedly buying and refunding to manipulate rankings), we reserve the right to reverse associated gameplay actions and deny future refund requests.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through our support process.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
